Chavornay station (VD): Crackdown operation

As part of the project to modify the connection between the SBB line and the Travys line Orbe-Chavornay, extensive work is required to adapt the track layout at Chavornay station (VD). During the weekend of 15-16 November 2025, an initial phase of intensive work was carried out, involving the renovation of around 150 metres of track infrastructure and the installation of a new set of points. This work was carried out as part of a 52-hour blitz operation, with rail services continuing to run on the line. 
We are developing the project and taking on the local construction management for this project with its complex phasing.
